Busy mums are specialists in pre and post natal exercise. We can give you the information and guidance you need to keep active and healthy before, during and after pregnancy.
Exercising during pregnancy can benefit you in the following ways:

Personal Training
Our mobile personal training service is great for new mums and mums-to-be. You can exercise in the comfort of your own home or go outside for some fresh air! Our aim is to create a flexible personal training program that you can fit into you and your baby's busy schedule.
From $29 per session
Group Training
Meet other mums, share stories and have fun by joining or creating a group training session. Exercising with others is a great way to help you keep fit and motivated during and after pregnancy.
From $15 per person/per session
Exercise for New Mums
Our six week post natal exercise program is designed to help you re-establish your core strength, improve stamina and help relieve pregnancy related aches and pains.
This can be done at home one to one or in a small group of friends - its up to you!
