My first pregnancy had been fraught with difficulties; chronic back pain, inflammed pelvis, swollen ankles and severe joint pain throughout the 2nd and 3rd trimesters.  I fell pregnant again when my son was only three months old.  I was deeply concerned that I might not physically be up to carrying another pregnancy so soon, as well as managing the active demands of looking after a small baby.  My back and stomach muscles were still very weak, so I decided to take no chances on my health, and immediately contacted Debbie through a recommendation.  She became my personal trainer throughout my second pregnancy.

Over the months, I was able to slowly build up strength in my core muscles, and regular exercise to my arms and legs helped me gain the supplness and stamina needed for lifting, playing and caring for my son, as well as managing the physical strains of the growing baby inside.  As a result, I did not experience any of the problems I'd had with my first pregnancy.  I believe this was entirely down to the exercises Debbie and I did together.  It was therefore a highly beneficial and worthwhile experience, which far outweighed the financial investment.

Debbie was an excellent trainer.  She was able to strike the perfect balance between being warm and friendly on the one hand, yet professional and knowledgeable on the other.  I trusted her techniques and instruction entirely, without ever feeling a need to question their effectiveness or their safety on my unborn baby.  Debbie has a natural talent with people and a genuine passion in her work as a personal trainer.  I recommend her entirely.
